You guys may already got this message by email...
but the one Oh sent is NOT the final one (Make it alittle simpler ==;; and edit errors etc)
Anyway IF you've seen it and think that we have to include any things (that is not mentioned in the previous one)
THEN post it here, email me or Oh, or just come and talk to us tomorrow

Oww we've already edited it
its really good now
we just need the decision on the logo and put it on

Eye, I think you need a place to have 'Signature' at the bottom of the share certificate - so that either you or Oh (and only you and Oh should be issuing the share certificates) can sign each one as you issue the certificate.
Also I think we could change the wording a little re the 'dividend payment'. I don't think we want to promise that the shareholder WILL get a dividend.... we're hoping that the company is successful and will be able to pay a dividend but we're not going to say for sure that that will be the case. Perhaps it could be something like this, "Please note that shareholders will need to submit this share certificate at the end of the trading period if a dividend is payable otherwise an admin fee will apply."
So, for eg. if the company pays a dividend of 30 baht per share and the shareholder has lost this certificate (which will happen in many cases, I'm sure!) and you are able to verify that the person, as he/she is claiming, is indeed a shareholder (because you will also have a record of who bought shares and how many was bought and the number of the share certificate) they may only get 20 baht back because we will charge them a fee of 10 baht if they have lost their certificate. This is to cover the cost of the extra work involved in verifying that they did in fact buy shares.
Also we need to have a 'small print' line somewhere at the bottom of the share certificate perhaps (or on the back of the share certificate) to advise the shareholder that if they sell their shares to someone else (either for the price they bought them at or at a higher price from the shareholder) the new owner has to advise the Finance Director of the change of ownership.

The new one is with Oh and we havent post it on yet
but i have change the witness to finace director/assitant finance director already and leave enough space for that
I'll change the dividend payment bit and the buying and selling shares within the shareholders before wednesday
and will show the final version at the meeting so everyone can see\

We can't really change it as we've already printed (in colour) about 80 share certificates (2 certificates to a page... printed 40 A4 sheets) this afternoon after school.

so the REALLY final version is owner not owners right ??
cuase the one she posted just before now was still owners and other mistake that you told us during the board meeting
